How It Works
The rules for all three game modes.
โณ Golf Draft
- Join a game and wait for the host to start the draft.
- The draft is a snake draft โ players take turns picking real PGA Tour golfers, with the order reversing each round so it's fair (1โN, then Nโ1). Everyone drafts 6 golfers.
- Your team score is the sum of your lowest 3 golfers' scores relative to par โ the lower, the better.
- Your team needs at least 3 golfers to make the cut to qualify for the team prize. Fewer than that and your team is DQ'd from the team prize (still eligible for the individual pot).
- The team prize goes to the qualified team with the lowest score. If two teams tie, whichever has the lowest single player score wins the tiebreak.
- The individual pot goes to whoever's single golfer scores lowest overall โ no cut requirement.
- Scores update automatically from ESPN every 5 minutes once the tournament is underway.
๐ Last Man Standing
- Join a game before the host starts it. In the lobby, the host can add/remove players and set the entry fee per player.
- Each gameweek, pick one team โ from the Premier League and/or Championship, depending on the game's settings โ that you think will win their match.
- Picks lock at the kickoff of the gameweek's first match by default (the host can adjust the deadline). If you don't pick in time, you're automatically eliminated.
- Win and you survive to the next week. A draw or a loss eliminates you.
- You can't pick the same team twice in the same round.
- The last player standing wins the prize pot (entry fee ร number of players).
- Rollover: if everyone gets eliminated in the same week, there's no winner โ the prize doubles and the game restarts.
- Auto-restart: once a round ends (win or rollover), the game automatically resets to week 1 and keeps going โ nobody needs to re-register โ until the host clicks Stop Game.
- Results are processed automatically once all of the gameweek's matches finish (the host can also process them manually at any time).
โณ Golf Scorecard
- For a real round you're all playing together โ enter everyone's strokes hole-by-hole as you go, or catch up afterwards. The host sets up the course (par and stroke index for all 18 holes) and picks a format when creating the game: Team or Individual.
- Scoring is net Stableford: 2 points for a net par on a hole, +1 for every shot better, โ1 for every shot worse, floored at 0. Your handicap (set by the host in the lobby) determines how many strokes you receive on each hole based on its stroke index.
- Team format: players join one of the host's teams from the lobby. Only a team's best 3 Stableford scores count on each hole, so bigger teams aren't penalised for a weak link. The team with the most points wins.
- Individual format: no teams โ everyone just plays for their own net Stableford total. The player with the most points wins.
- Tee times (team format only, optional): group players by who's actually playing together on the course. Anyone in a tee time can enter scores for the rest of their group, even across different teams โ handy since usually only one person in the group is holding the scorecard. Individual-format games skip tee times entirely; you just enter your own scores.
- You can always enter your own scores yourself, whatever the format โ the host/co-host can enter anyone's.
- Closest to the pin can be enabled on any par-3 hole (the host chooses which). Whoever's nearest gets nominated by the host, or by anyone in that hole's tee time (team format) or any player (individual format) โ nominating someone new replaces the previous holder.
- If there's an entry fee, the pot splits: team format is 50% winning team / 40% best individual net score / 10% nearest the pin. Individual format is 70% best individual net score / 30% nearest the pin (no team prize, since there are no teams).
- Once the host starts the game, teams and handicaps lock in โ but tee times and closest-to-the-pin holes can still be changed at any point.
